Biographie:

Transdisciplinary professional, she is coach, counselor, trainer, cross-cultural/generational business consultant on national  and international market, with a holistic-heuristic-sustainable-biodiverse-systemic approach to people, products, services, contexts.

Supported by a humanist background, and a master in Marketing & Management, from 1994 to 2006 she had played managerial roles in the event-hospitality-tourism-travel industry. Since 2007 CEO at Olimpia Ponno Consultancy, a consulting and training lab specialized in communications, marketing, tourism, events, green activities. Since 2020 Academy Director & Partner Pandora Management Solutions London, providing business services and training pathways of excellence in English for the tertiary sector. Blogger, author, international speaker, she is Vice President META (Meetings Events Tourism Association), Past President Italy MPI (Meeting Professionals International), member InterNations, Positive Impact Ambassador, member of the Women Team of Entrepreneurs and Professionals at AEPI (Associazioni Europee Professionisti e Imprese). In 2021 Jury President and co-creator of the “Smart Talk Video Contest Awards" at GECO Expo. Since 2018 she has been the organizer of the workshop dedicated to the “World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development and the World Day for Biodiversity” to demonstrate the impact on destinations, people, everyday life. In 2018 selected member of the Local Organisational Committee of the "International Event Global Forum SITE/MPI” in Rome. In 2017 selected  to represent the City of Rome at the International Forum “Mallorca Destino MICE”. In 2016  member of the jury panel of the “BEA Event Awards” in Seville. In 2014 selected by The Italian-American Chamber of Commerce to launch "American Food 2.0: Sustainable, Innovative, Healthful, Entrepreneurial and Delicious" for Expo2015 in Milan. In 2014 awarded by the Salerno Chamber of Commerce for her role in improving the image and reputation of the city of Salerno and its stakeholders at national and international level. Since 2012 she has been developing the initiative  "Olirose: Reusable Art for Eco-smart People", designing handmade  accessories and objects originated from recycled materials, offering re-creational education formats through manual arts, to rethink habits, lifestyle, consumes. Passion, creativity, curiosity are the keys of her personal and professional pathway. To her life is an awareness journey in colours, beyond age and limits!
